No Rentals below R100 per / month

On day of delivery ONE Months rental payment in advance and ONE Months deposit in advance equal to the rental equipment.

ON DAY OF DELIVERY NO PROOF OF YOUR FIRST MONTHLY RENTAL PAYMENT PLUS THE DEPOSIT, NO PLAYGROUIND EQUIPMENT!

Renting: Special Notice

1. On day of delivery – The first months rental payment and deposit plus two signed contracts must me handed over by you as the client. A designated person from Jungle Gym World will sign the contract at your home. Therefore there will be two original contracts signed - One for the client and one for Jungle Gym World CC.
   
   
2. Rental is payable in advance or as agreed upon. Monthly invoices will be sent to the client. The monthly rate shall remain fixed for 6/12 months, in align with the contract signed thereafter rental prices will be subject to escalation. Your payment must reach the office before or on the 7th of each month. Keeping proof of payment is imperative! The responsiblility is on you to proove that it has been payed when requested by Jungle Gym World CC.
   
   
3. Jungle Gym World reserves the right, after consultation with the client, to cancel a contract if the rental is not paid on the agreed date. If the Client skips a payment the deposit that was payed will be used to cover the cost for that month and the deposite will be forfeited and the client is resposible for 50% of the outstanding amount. Clients will also be responsible for any costs incurred in the recovering of arrears. Failing to do payments and by signing this contract, you authorise the Business to recollect its rented equipment as specified in this contract at your premises at your own risk.
   
   
4. If a client wishes to cancel a rental contract before the expiry date, the client is responsible for 50% of the amount outstanding on the contract unless the client obtains an upgraded jungle gym on a new contract or purchases a gym from Jungle Gym World.
   
   
5. NB NB The client is responsible to notify Jungle Gym World cc by fax or e-mail one month in advance before the expire date whether to continue or to terminate the contract. By failing to do so the contract will be in force with full payment in respect of the expiry date. Please note that it is very important to keep proof of notification. "Telephonic conversations with staff will not be accepted as proof of cancellation"
   
   
6. Provide your name and surname and or your preschool chreche and not your address or childs name as reference as well as the electronic payment date to enable the business to identify your payment.
   
7. For hassle free administration please fill out the order form and please also include a copy of your ID Document, Latest Payslip and CC Documents of Chreche if applicable.
   
8. Relocation of jungle gym can only be approved by Jungle Gym World CC by written request.
